This is the first outlet in Singapore and its owner, a Hong Kong guy, who also did food TV programs in Hong Kong. I watched one of his shows about Japanese food in Japan. My mum would record it down every week. First I wasn't aware that he owns a couple of Japanese restaurants in Hong Kong. I thought he was just a TV host. Later I found out that he has an outlet in Singapore. I hurried down to try it!
